Welcome to Nestiti. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. About Nestiti

Nestiti is a digital platform designed to assist residential communities in managing maintenance payments, issue tracking, communication, and access to third-party service providers.

We do not provide physical products. All offerings are digital services or facilitated services through third-party providers.

2. User Eligibility

  • resident paying maintenance
  • Invalid: Minor using payment features without guardian consent

3. Services Provided

  • Maintenance payment management
  • Issue reporting & tracking
  • Resident communication tools
  • Access to third-party service providers (cleaning, plumbing, etc.)

We act as a facilitator, not the direct service provider for third-party services.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Not misuse the platform for illegal or abusive purposes
  • Respect other users and service providers

Examples of misuse:

  • Fake complaints to harass a service provider
  • Uploading false payment details

5. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

  • Do not guarantee quality, timelines, or outcomes
  • Are not liable for damages caused by service providers

You must resolve disputes directly with the service provider.

6. Subscription & Payments

  • Nestiti operates on a subscription-based model
  • Fees may vary depending on services and community type
  • Payments must be made through approved payment methods

7. Refund Policy

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable after 30 days from the date of payment
  • No refunds will be issued for:
    • Partial usage
    • Change of mind
    • Inactivity
  • If a user subscribes and doesn’t use the platform → no refund
  • If a society stops using Nestiti after 45 days → no refund

Refund requests within the first 30 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

8. No Physical Delivery Clause

  • Digital services only
  • Or provided by independent third parties

9. Anti-Spam Policy

  • Send unsolicited messages to other users
  • Promote external services without authorization
  • Use the platform for bulk messaging or marketing

Violation may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

  • Suspend accounts for misuse
  • Terminate access without prior notice in serious violations

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Service failures by third-party providers
  • Data loss due to unforeseen technical issues
  • Financial losses resulting from user decisions

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
